Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a right to cancel in accordance with the following stipulation, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please send your notification regarding your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we are required to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs if you chose a different type of delivery than our cheapest standard delivery option) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction to make this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse to pay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You are required to send back or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, either to us or to Carlo Colucci c/o hmk-jensen GmbH, Querstrasse 17, 09212 Limbach-Oberfrohna.
To meet the deadline, you must return the goods within the period of fourteen days.
You are required to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
General information
1) Please avoid causing damage to and contamination of the product. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us free of charge.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1–2 are not a prerequisite to effectively exercise your right to cancel.
